With a bachelor’s in Psychology from Salisbury University and currently working on my Master of Social Work (MSW) at George Mason University, I specialize in navigating the rocky roads of grief, trauma, and life transitions. Think of me as your guide through life’s emotional maze!

I’m a huge advocate for breaking down the stigma around mental health. It’s time to treat mental wellness with the same importance as physical health, and I’m all in for fostering an open and judgment-free environment. Let’s explore your feelings, together!

I enjoy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and relaxation techniques to help clients develop practical coping skills. By the time clients finish working with me, I hope they feel a stronger sense of self and emotional resilience, equipped with effective strategies for managing grief and life transitions.


On a personal note…

Outside therapy, you can catch me building epic Lego creations, cooking up delicious Caribbean dishes, or snugged up on the couch with a good horror movie—bring on the suspense! I also love to read, so I make sure to carve out time each day for some literary escapism.

A piece of wisdom my grandfather shared with me is to always trust your instincts, and I carry that advice close to my heart. When it comes to self-care, I lean into reading, whether it’s comics or thrilling novels, to unwind and recharge.
