Therapeutic Services

Individual Therapy

This is our most common service. You will have the attention and expertise of your therapist for a 50-55 minute session on a weekly basis. Together you will discuss your goals and desired outcomes while building a therapeutic relationship to create a space for healing. You will receive a tailored approach to meet your needs in a qualified and understanding way from a wise and caring therapist.

Relationship Therapy

This service is designed to help individuals in relationships to work as a team to build a better connection with their partners. You will have an opportunity to work with one of our relationship specialists and your partner(s), using Emotionally Focused Therapy and Attachment theory to work toward personalized goals as a team. Each partner will get an individual session with their therapist before beginning weekly sessions combined.

Family Therapy

This service is tailored to provide services for adolescents. When working with adolescents it is imperative that caretakers join in the therapeutic journey. We aim to create a holistic family approach with adolescents and caretakers engaged in the therapy process at the same time. They both will be connected to an individual therapist and will engage in joint family therapy sessions, after individual goals and treatment has been established.

*Available for adolescents 12+

Group Therapy

We will be offering two new group sessions, for adults 18+ & adolescents 14+. We create a friendly and supportive atmosphere where small groups of 4 to 10 people share their stories, challenges, and triumphs. Promoting self-discovery and connections with one another. This is a great option for folks who are looking for more affordability,  therapeutic maintenance or as a supplement to your other therapies.
